Cancellation and Refund

At Aqua Jungle Waterpark & Resorts, we strive to provide all our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. General Policy

  • All ticket purchases are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another date or person.

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, no-shows, or late arrivals.

2. Weather Conditions

  • The park operates in most weather conditions. However, for severe weather (such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or natural calamities), the management reserves the right to:

    • Delay or reschedule park operations

    • Temporarily close specific rides or attractions

    • Offer a rescheduled visit on a case-by-case basis

No refunds will be provided due to weather interruptions.

3. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, strikes, etc.), Aqua Jungle reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule bookings

  • Offer guests an alternate date or voucher (subject to availability and conditions)

  • Refunds in such situations are at the sole discretion of management

4. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you have been charged twice or made a duplicate booking, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. After verification:

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Group Bookings and Events

  • Group bookings and private events may have custom cancellation terms outlined during booking.

  • A non-refundable advance may apply. Please refer to your group booking contract or speak to your event coordinator.

6. Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the selected date.

  • Unused or expired tickets cannot be refunded or extended.
